With over four decades of experience, he has been a driving force in the plastic manufacturing industry, bringing exceptional technical expertise in plastic processing, machinery, and mould-making.

Mr. Gupta is widely respected for his deep understanding of the industry, a relentless focus on quality, and an unwavering commitment to innovation. His passion for solving complex industrial challenges has led to a series of pioneering advancements in plastic packaging and mould design, many of which have set new benchmarks in the industry.

Atul Gupta

Atul Gupta is the second-generation leader of the Avon Group of Companies. Following in the footsteps of his father, he joined the group in 2013 at the young age of 19 and laid the foundation for Avon Plastic under the group’s umbrella. With unwavering dedication and under his father’s mentorship, Atul quickly emerged as a dynamic force in the industry, propelling Avon Plastic to new heights. Since 2013, Atul has been at the helm of the Avon Group, steering its growth with a steadfast commitment to ethics, value creation, and human-centered leadership. A passionate advocate for sustainability, Atul views plastic not as an environmental threat but as a potential ally. He is dedicated to reshaping public perception by promoting the responsible use of plastic as a recyclable, durable, and resource-efficient material. Through science and innovation, he champions conscious consumption and environmental responsibility.

Ansh Gupta

Ansh Gupta joined Avon Plastic in 2021 as a Partner, bringing with him a strong foundation in economics from Delhi University and a deep understanding of packaging solutions. His expertise in strategic planning, costing, and industry research plays the powerplay role for the company. At Avon Plastic, Ansh plays a pivotal role in streamlining operations and ensuring efficient project execution.With a clear vision to transform Avon Plastic into a global leader in the packaging industry, Ansh is focused on building the company into a multinational brand.
